Salary: £28,000-32,000 per year | £538.46 per week | £107.69 per day | £13.46
per hour + bonuses & benefits (based on experience)
Hours: 40-hour weekly avg. Monday-Friday, 07:30-17:30 (summer) | 08:00-15:30 (winter)
What you’ll do:
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintain vans, tools, and compound
- Lead a small team on scheduled site runs and drive company van to sites
- Grounds maintenance: grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, weeding, edging, leaf clearance
- Complete basic digital records and required communications between teams

Grounds Maintenance Operative (Seasonal)
Full-time or flexible | Seasonal (Apr-Nov) | Outdoor | On-Site
Location: Sussex (based in Cowfold)
Pay: £13.00-15.00 per hour + benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30-17:30 (summer) | 08:00-15:30 (winter)
What you’ll do:
- Support daily equipment checks and maintenance of vans, tools, and compound
- Complete general grounds maintenance duties: grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, weeding, edging, leaf clearance
